お仕事関係の人との打ち合わせを終え、会食の場所としてこちらへご招待いただきました。
初の大宮上陸でしたが、色んなお店が合って驚きました笑
おしゃれな店内で、鉄板もしっかり磨いてあって清潔感◎！
2名での来店だったのでバッチリカウンター席をとっといてくれてましたナイスです！
接客も笑顔で、料理の説明も分かりやすくはきはきしてくれたので
全部記憶に残りました笑 ナイスです！

鮭の旨味が溢れて、季節を感じさせるサフランソースとの相性が良く美味しい！イクラとマッシュルームと一緒に食べると食感も楽しめましたー
黒毛和牛としらすのキッシュ アゴ出汁のエスプーマ
コリコリサクサク食感のキッシュをふわふわのエスプーマが包んで、それぞれの旨味が口いっぱいに広がる一品！ダシの旨味が効いてきて病みつきになるおいしさーまさに和洋を感じさせる1品
栗のポタージュ
丁度良い温かさでくりの甘さが本当に美味しい！！
ちょっと前まで色んなお店で飲んだポタージュはトウモロコシだったのになーと夏の終わりを感じさせる1品でした。もぅ秋かぁー
自家製のくみ出し豆腐
濃厚でしっかりと大豆の味がするお豆腐！
焼き野菜
私の大好きな焼き野菜！シンプルに塩での味付けが本当に美味しい！添えてある自家製の柚子胡椒が絶品なので少し付けるがオススメ
あと3杯はいけた！
A5黒毛和牛ランプステーキ
三種類のお塩と自家製のオニオンソースそしてわさび！丁寧に説明してくれてました！
どれで食べたら良いか悩んで全部で美味しく頂きました笑
目の前でおろしてくれるわさびが本当にお肉と合う！
口の中に入れた瞬間広がる風味！そして、噛めば噛むほど溢れる肉汁、、幸せです！
〆のガーリックライス
国産ニンニク使用とのことだったけどドコ産なのかはド忘れ。。取り敢えずがっつりパンチの効いたガーリックライスは目の前で焼かれてる時から風味がすごくて〆なのにヨダレがでました笑
レアチーズケーキ
見た目がすごく可愛い！季節感溢れていて食べるのが勿体ない笑
ぶどうやイチジク、梨も贅沢に盛られていて秋を感じます！烏龍茶ソースの渋みがレアチーズの甘さを引き立たせていて、濃厚なレアチーズケーキ！美味しかったです！！
とても大満足です！ご馳走様でしたー
大宮に来た時はまた来店したいと思ったお店でした！
