今日は大宮に1泊出張です。
ディナーはおすすめだという「鉄板せきね」さんに来ました。
大宮は新幹線も止まるので賑やかな街ですね。
店へは大宮駅から徒歩で3分ぐらいで到着です。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でお洒落な空間ですね〜。
やはり鉄板焼きはカウンターで
目と舌で楽しむのが醍醐味です。
本日は鉄板せきねコース料理
【竹コース15,000円】でお願いしました。
先ずはエビス生ビールで乾杯！
前菜はハマチの炙りにエリンギのグリルと
白菜の昆布締めが巻かれていました。
綺麗な盛り付けと器は食欲をそそり
ポロネギのオイルソースは苦味もなくまろやかな味わい！
ドリンクはペアリングをお願いしていたので
魚に合わせた白ワイン。
季節の小鉢は黒毛和牛にリコッタチーズにセリのソース
マツタケ、むかご。軽く柚を振りかけ贅沢過ぎる素材に納得の味わいです。
途中チェイサー代わりに生レモンサワーをチョイス！
本日のスープはゆりねのポタージュ。
焼きチーズとパセリのトッピングがアクセントに！
オマール海老(カナダ産)白ワインベースのバターソースが旨い！
かなりの大きさで圧倒され身の厚み、豪華さもハンパない！
丁寧な調理と口当たり良いバターソースは幸せ気分にしてくれました。
根菜のココット添え。
塩とローズマリーなど自家製ハーブオイルの香りが良い。
ほくほくの野菜は甘くて絶品です。
お口直しは豆乳の塩レモンブランマンジェ。
甘味のないデザートといった感じで爽やかでさっぱり頂きました。
肉に合わせて赤ワイン。

特選黒毛和牛サーロイン（茨城県産常陸牛）
ミディアムウエルダンでお願いしたサーロインは兎に角柔らかく上品な甘味。
オニオンソース、本わさび、岩塩とお好みで楽しみます。
ウニと鰻の手巻き
軽く鉄板で温めた海苔とライスに鰻をオン！
斬新でゴージャス！しまいにはウニまで乗せてしまいました。
見事で感動の逸品ですね。
デザートはほうじ茶と洋梨のベークドチーズケーキ
自家製かぼちゃのクリームとイチジクトッピング。
そして皮ごと食べるオレンジのコンポート。
コーヒではなくコニャックで締めるのもアリですね～。
デザートにベストマッチ！
シェフはフレンチ出身らしく納得の腕前でした。
