I made a reservation through Tablecheck for the "selection Lunch" (¥16,500) which starts at 13:00 and is about a 15-minute walk from the west exit of JR Omiya Station. When you open the sliding door on the second floor, you will find a sophisticated Japanese space that you would never imagine from the outside of the building. Thanks to the unpretentious chef, the atmosphere was comfortable and the Sushi was very delicious. When I arrived in the area around the restaurant, there were no buildings or landmarks that looked like the restaurant, so I was almost lost, but when I looked closely, I saw the door to the first floor of the building open and a lantern, so I was relieved. It seems that it is best to arrive just at opening time. The Sushi pieces are slightly large, and the red vinegar rice with just the right amount of flavor harmonizes with the ingredients, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste of deliciousness. The impression was that the goodness of each of the fresh ingredients, the slightly aged ingredients, and the vinegar-marinated ingredients were brought out. The course was very well-rounded, with the addition of prawns and hot eel. The strawberries for the dessert were also delicious. I can understand why many customers come from far away. It's a little far, but I'll visit again. Thank you for the meal.
