大宮に支店が出来てチョイチョイ顔出す事になりそうなので、
せっかくなら行きつけを作りたいと思って、
口コミの評判が良いこちらのお店に。
大将は寿司屋での修行の経験がなく、
これだけの料理を独学で極められとのこと。
気さくなお人柄もあいまって
店内はとても居心地の良い雰囲気でした。
印象的だったのは、
さくらの葉っぱがすごく良い匂い"白魚"
肉厚できびきびしてる"さより"
モチモチのリボンのような"赤貝"
"海老"は重厚感バツグン
香ばしくてしょっぱい"あなご"
オリジナリティに溢れた料理は驚きの連続
特にシャリが美味すぎたので、
締めにほんの少しだけ醤油をつけて。
次回は大宮のスタッフを連れて伺いたいと思います。
