大宮
HUONG LY
大宮で本格ベトナム料理を味わえるとの事で行ってきました。
ハノイでブンチャーを食べて以来、すっかりブンチャーのトリコになってしまったんですが、近年では日本でも美味しいブンチャーが食べられるお店が増えて嬉しい限りです。
Huonglyさんのブンチャーは酸味強めの辛味もそこそこ強め。ブンは長めに茹でられているので、ハサミでチョキり。
スープに沈む豚肉の炭火焼きも香ばしくて、コールラビの食感も抜群です！
バインセオも食べたかったんですが、夜の部限定との事で残念がっていたら特別に出してもらえました！
どれもとても美味しく頂きました！今度はバインミー食べよ。
