大宮駅東口を出て右方向にある
南銀座通りを進んで一本路地に入ったところにあるお店。
目立つ場所ではないけれどお客さんがたくさん入っていて賑わっていました。
名物という牛タンを中心にいろいろ食べてみました。
胡瓜の一本漬けはさっぱり。
お料理の合間や箸休めにあると嬉しい。
アボカドの生ハム巻きは女子受け良さそうな一品。
牛タンたたき葱まみれはその厚さと大きさにびっくり。
ほどよい弾力は牛タンならでは。
添えられてる葱をたっぷり乗せていただきましたよ。
牛タン元の極上炙り焼きは同じ牛タンなのにこんなにやわらかいの？？
歯切れがよくジューシー。わさびでたべたらこれが美味しかった。
牛タンのうまみをすごく引き立ててくれましたょ。
れんこんはさみ揚げとサクサクフライドポテトは
メニューにあるとついつい頼んでしまう大好きなおつまみ。
どちらもガッツリ長めに揚げている印象。サクサクで美味
〆に食べたのはカルボナーラうどん。
カルボナーラソースがもちもちうどんにいい感じに絡んでしっかり味
ソース多めで濃厚。食べごたえあり！
デザートは私は抹茶アイス、友人は白玉抹茶ぜんざい。
デザートも和洋選択肢があり女子には嬉しい。
ビールとハイボールを飲みながらトークに花咲かせました。
お店は賑わっていたけど、席はそれぞれロールカーテンで仕切られて意外と
周りの様子が気にならず自分達の時間を楽しめました。
帰りの階段は気をつけましょう。
