ランチタイムに初訪です
生ラムランチ・マトンロースランチ・生ラム＆マトンランチの３種類
２人で訪問したので
・生ラムランチ １０００円＋肉増し４００円
・マトンロースランチ １２００円
ご飯は大盛無料なので、私だけ大盛ｗｗ
１２時開店で１２時に訪問・・先客１組
その後も平日でしたが、続々来店で満席状態でした
席に着いて、注文を確定すると
・水
・ジンギスカンのタレ
・ニンニクみそ＆クミン塩
・モヤシのナムル
が届きます。モヤシのナムルは物凄く美味しい！！追加注文したかった
ジンギスカンのタレも醤油ベースのサラッとしたタレ
ニンニク味噌やクミン塩でも味変出来て楽しい
ランチには、焼き野菜・ワカメスープ・ご飯が付きます
◇生ラムランチ
生ラムは羊特有の甘い香りがして美味しい
もちろん柔らかくて、食べやすくカットしてあります
私はラム好きなのでそのままが一番でした
◇マトンロース
驚いたことに、マトンの方がクセが無い
柔らかくて、言われなければマトンとは思えない
羊好きの私には、少し物足りないが・・・美味しい
ワサビを乗せると美味しいと、店員さんのお薦め
本当に美味しかった・・・マトンのワサビ乗せは新発見
もっと肉増ししようかと思ってしまった
お腹は一杯でしたが、もっと食べたかった
店内は背の高いイケメン君が一人でテキパキと仕切っていた
最後は「ありがとうございました」と爽やかな一礼
大変美味しくいただきました
