本日お伺いしたの、今年３月に大宮にオープンした焼き鳥屋"きちょう"さんです。
お昼でも事前予約すれば串の提供が可能とのことなので、2500円のお任せ5本コースを頂いてまいりました。
本来は串5本に逸品料理が2品のコースなのですが、本日は串7本と逸品1品での提供です。
コースの流れ
■お通しとサラダ
■さび焼き、ぼんじり、蕪、ふりそで
■白レバームース ドライフルーツ添え
■ミニトマト、とろレバー、もも
特に印象的だったのはとろレバー。
とても美しい串打ちです。
表面は香ばしく中身はとろとろで、ぷつんと弾けてドロっと来ます。
技術を魅せてくれるジューシーな味わいでした。
単品以上に気に入ったのはコースの流れで、終盤にかけて上手く盛り上げてくれたなあという感じです。
