大宮ってたまにしか来る機会がないのですが、やはり埼玉の中心地ということもあって繁華街が大賑わいですよね。駅前の商店街なんかは人がごった返すほどたくさんいて、どのお店も満席でビックリしました。
そして当然のごとですが繁華街には飲み屋さんがひしめき合っているんですよね。伺った福蔵さんもそのひとつです。大宮駅から歩いて2分の距離にあるのでアクセスもとても良いですね。
2022年6月にオープンしたばかりのお店は1〜3階まで丸ごと飲み屋さんの建物になっているのでお店の看板も一際目立っていました。2階に案内されましたが店内はキレイで個室になっているのでプライベート感があって良いですね。
◆ トマトツナマヨサラダ ¥715
まずはサラダから。トマトツナマヨサラダを注文しました。トマト丸ごと1個使ったサラダは食べ応えありますね。レタスもたっぷり入っていて、さらにツナもあるのでツナを乗っけていただくスタイルですかね。
◆ 料理長おまかせお刺身五点盛り合わせ ¥2860
料理長おまかせお刺身五点盛り合わせもオーダーしちゃいました。最近の居酒屋さんの刺身盛り合わせってすごいですよね。海鮮専門店並みの豪華さでクオリティも高いんですよね。
この日のネタは鯛、マグロ、タコ、ハマチ、サーモンの5種類でしたよ。柔らかくて脂の乗ったお刺身はどれも美味しかったですね。お酒にも合うし、映えるし、これはマストで頼んで欲しいメニューですね。
◆ 馬肉赤身の刺身 ¥990
最近居酒屋さんで馬肉のメニューもよく見かけるような気がします。福蔵さんでも馬肉赤身の刺身があったのでいただいてみました。馬肉って赤身肉なのに他のお肉と比べてタンパクで食べやすくて良いですよね。
薬味に生姜とニンニクのすりおろしが付いてくるのですが、個人的にはニンニク醤油で馬肉はいただくのが美味しいと思っています。
◆ 国産ササミ炙りポン酢 ¥660
国産ササミ炙りポン酢は見た目は鶏刺しなのですが名前にある通りササミを炙って提供しています。また盛り付けがすごいですよね。ササミ肉をバラの花のように巻いているんですよね。ポン酢とワサビを付けていただくのですがレア感があるササミはさっぱりしていて食べやすいですね。
◆ 沖縄産紅芋コロッケ ¥660
沖縄産紅芋コロッケは鮮やかなパープルが目を引く一品。メチャクチャ甘いのかなと思ったら、そんなことはなくてほんのり甘い程度なのでお酒のつまみとしても楽しめますね。
◆ たこの唐揚げ ¥660
たこの唐揚げはサクサク衣い包まれていて、恐らくその衣にスパイシーな粉がまぶしてあるのではないかと思います。程よい辛味と塩気が良いですね。パクパク食べられてしまいます。
◆ マルコロホルモン旨辛焼き ¥770
一緒に行った方がお酒が好きな方で最後にこれといって頼んだのがマルコロホルモン旨辛焼きです。これ結構辛味が強くて刺激的な味です。辛いのが好きでお酒好きな方にオススメする一品ですね。
