埼玉大宮でふらっと訪問です。
店内入ると、席は43席あるようです。
とても和風なつくりで、大変落ち着いた空間です。
注文は、「二色蕎麦」「カマンベールチーズの味噌漬け」「白州ハイボール」なんかを頼みました。
まずカマンベールチーズの味噌漬けがきました。
おー、これ運ばれてきたらまず香りとてもよいですね。
その香りを堪能しながらひとくち食べます。
うん！美味しいです。カマンベールが軽く焼かれている
上、味噌で風味のコクが増してます。
そしておそばの登場です。ビジュアルはとてもよい
ですね！そしてさっそくひとくち食べます。
うーん、こちらは風味、コシともに弱め、、、
めんつゆは少し薄めですかね。。。クルミのおつゆも
他のお店より少し薄めかと思いました。
お蕎麦はあんまり推せないかなぁ。。。と思いました。
落ち着いた和の雰囲気はとてもよいと思います！
白州ハイボール飲めるところも良いですね。
