High-quality, delicious meat is a treat in itself, but this was my first time going to a meat restaurant that I had always been interested in. When the elevator opens, a luxurious entrance opens up. Since I arrived at the same time as the store opened, I was also able to take a photo of the seats. I was shown to a counter seat and first ordered ``Hassaku Sour'' and ``Black Oolong Tea'' from the drink menu. I tried the most popular omakase course (all 10 dishes). [Appetizer] Hime chicken and Seri dressed with shichimi The soft and moist Hime chicken, the tangy shichimi, and the crunchy texture of Seri are accented. [Cold dish] Sauce sashimi Made with lean Wagyu beef shoulder triangle. Arima sansho pepper is added to the sweet sauce as an accent. It's well chilled and delicious. For lean meat, top with wasabi kelp if you like. You can enjoy the softness and the meaty texture. [Meal] Earthenware pot rice with snow crab and mushrooms, pickled vegetables, and red soup stock I was able to see the finished cooking. The rice is soaked in the flavor of the soup stock, and the crab is plump and sweet. [Sweetness] Fruit Tochiaika Setoka Shine Muscat This is my first time trying Setoka. Fresh and juicy♪ I was very satisfied with my first meat kappo meal. We enjoyed the beautiful and colorful dishes created by the skillful techniques of the chefs. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, so I was a little nervous at first, but thanks to the courteous customer service from the staff, I quickly relaxed and was able to enjoy my time there. The basic contents of the course meals remain the same, but the vegetables and other ingredients incorporate seasonal ingredients, so you can enjoy each season. Since I don't have to think about everything, I think I can enjoy entertainment and spend time with my loved ones. I really wanted to enjoy it again.
