【2007年3月さいたま市浦和区仲町2-2より移転】 |
週末ですが寒い日だったので すぐにカウンターに座れました。小さいけれど落ち着く店内です。
品書きを見ると蕎麦のほかに多くの料理がありました。蕎麦前に一杯やるのに良さそうです。
せいろう蕎麦は山がふたつ。まず塩で頂きました。細身で蕎麦の旨味にあふれています。次につゆで。こちらは少し甘く感じました。山葵や葱も一流のお店ならではの繊細なものでした。
興味があったので天ぷらをひとつお願いしました。大船渡の牡蠣を抹茶塩で頂きました。
最後に蕎麦湯。さらさらしたタイプです。
評価通りの素晴らしいお店です。空いていて幸運でした。
