本日は武蔵浦和で昼ラーメンです。
調べると、
東川口の麺匠 喜楽々と系列のお店みたい。
店内の券売機で食券を購入。
煮玉子入りラーメン（￥900）をいただくことに。
細麺と太麺があるので、太麺をチョイス。
食券を渡すと、麺のかたさの確認。
麺かためでオーダー。
ちょっと待たされて登場です。
スープは、無化調の鶏白湯。
すっきりとした口当たり、じんわりと旨みが広がる。
濃いめが好きな人には物足りないかな。
途中で卓上の塩昆布を投入。
塩味がプラスされ、昆布の旨みも加わる。
適度にコクが出て、飲みやすくて美味しい。
麺は太めのちぢれ麺。
つるっともちっとしたなめらかで弾力のある食感。
スープもほどよく絡んでなかなか。
チャーシューは豚のロール。
箸で掴むとほろっと崩れる柔らかさ。
じわっと肉の旨みもあってなかなか。
煮玉子はかなりかための半熟。
味付けはしっかりとしていて美味い。
メンマではなく、芋がら。
味付け、食感とも似ているようで違う。
ネギは揚げ葱がたっぷり。
香ばしさと食感がこちらのスープのアクセントに。
すっきりと優しい鶏白湯。
塩昆布の味変が個人的にはマストかな。
