鶏白湯ラーメン 細麺 煮たまご 900円
もう数え切れないくらい通ってますが、初めて書きます。
移転する前、20年以上前から大好きなお店のひとつ。
仕事終わりにドライブを兼ねて23時ごろに訪問。
金曜の夜ということもあってか、ほぼ満席！
入り口でチケット販売機でチケットを購入すると、店員さんがお席へ案内してくださいます。
混んでいたこともあっていつもよりは待ったかもしれません。15分ほどして丼がまいりました。
こちらの鶏白湯ラーメンは、ドロドロしておらずさらっとしています。無化調なので物足りなさがあるかもしれませんが、卓上の塩昆布などを適宜入れていくと、他では味わえないなんとも言えないやさしいおいしさでいつの間にか完食している、という不思議なラーメンです。
ふいに、突然食べたくなる時があって、年に何度か食べにきています。今日も美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
