娘の彼氏と中華した
娘にプロポーズした男がいる。なんちゅうことしてくれるねん。
その男と会ってみた。バチバチと火花が散った。悔しいけれど負けたと思った。
そいつは長嶋一茂を渋くした印象のハンサムガイだった。
礼儀正しい。大学ではラグビーをやっていたらしい。スポーツマンでとても爽やかだ。
久しぶりにきちんと挨拶できる青年を見た。
悔しいけれど、好感を持ってしまった。
でも、ああ嫌だ。
何故だろう。父親ってみんなこう思うのは宿命なのか。
自分だけは違うと思っていたのに、、。
ああ嫌だ。なんか嫌だ、この寂寞感は、、。
大事な彼氏を紹介してもらうのに地元でどこかそれなりの場所をと思い付いたのがこちら。
1年前までは京都からレッズ戦に遠征する際には常宿にしていた浦和ロイヤルパインズホテル。
FIFA2002年のワールドカップではイングランド代表も宿泊したという、
あのベッカム選手も滞在したホテルです。
その上層階にあるのが中国料理 彩湖 です。名前がいまいちだけれど、眺めは最高。
秩父連山から丹沢山系、富士山まで望める絶景でした。
ビールを勧めたら、「お酒はたしなみません」
ガガガカーン!! なに～、それではオヤジと息子で酒を酌み交わせない事になるではないか。
急に落胆。

広東料理で海鮮が中心で美味しかった。
娘には寂しい思いをさせた分、幸せになって欲しいと祈った事は言うまでもない。

The Chinese Restaurants at the Urawa Pines Hotel has a great view of the city of Urawa, from Mt. Tsukuba to the Sky Tree in the distance to the east, and to the Kanto Plain, which includes Mt. Chichibu and Mt. Fuji to the west. I had lunch here for the first time in a while. I ordered Cantonese style Seafood fried soba. A set that includes Dim sum and Chinese salad. Soba is a thin noodle with a pleasant texture and grilled marks in some places. The filling, which smells like oyster sauce, is filled with fresh squid that has been cut into decorative pieces to make it easier to stick to, slightly roasted scallops, and plump shrimp. Paired with bamboo shoots and fresh vegetables, it really gives off a luxurious feel. Dim sum is steamed shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling and shumai flavored with mountain wasabi. It was a steamer with lots of added value. The salad is made with my favorite dried tofu and lots of fresh vegetables. It's refreshing. Dessert is a not-too-sweet almond tofu with goji berries. It's time for a rich lunch.
