クラゲがプリプリ。ずんだの茶碗蒸しが良い香りです。
⚫︎ふかひれの姿煮込み冬瓜ソース
ふかひれは贅沢にも、お皿に丸々入っています。嬉しい！
時々食べる、探さないと見つからない糸の様なものとは違います。笑
スプーンでバクっ！といただきましょう。
この食感♫どの位ぶりでしょう。(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
冬瓜の食感もいいです。
お味が少し濃い…かな(⌒-⌒; )。
⚫︎旬の魚と季節野菜のXO醬炒め
下味を付け揚げた白身魚と、絹さや、アスパラ、人参、しめじなどザクっと炒めてあります。
これもお味が少し濃いめ(⌒-⌒; )。
⚫︎北京ダック
すでに巻き巻きした物が1人分ずつお皿に盛られてきました。
ダックの皮はパリッと♫香りも良く、これは安定の美味しさ！
う〜〜…あともう少し食べたいなぁ。
⚫︎鮑と湯葉の煮込み牛テールオイスターソース
良く煮込まれた小ぶりの鮑が食べやすく二分割されています。
とろみのあるソースが鮑に良く絡みます。
淡白な湯葉もソースで美味しくいただけます。
これもお味濃いめ(⌒-⌒; )。
⚫︎夏野菜のせジャージャー麺
お、〆の麺がきましたよぉ。
ここまでで、結構お腹が満たされております。
残してはいけないので、頑張りましょ♫笑
結構なピリ辛具合です。
麺は伸び気味でちょっと残念。
それにしても、これもまたお味が濃いのですが…(⌒-⌒; )。

ミニかぼちゃケーキ、杏仁豆腐、タピオカココナッツミルクの三種です。
この杏仁豆腐は柔らかい食感で、私の好きなタイプの杏仁豆腐でした。
甘いものは別腹なので、あっと言う間に胃袋へ。 (*´꒳`*)
美味しいお料理の数々なのですが、私には全て濃いめの味付けだと感じました。
お酒を飲むなら丁度良いかもしれません。
ふかひれを丸々食べたので、翌日はお肌プルップルでしたよ(*´꒳`*)♫？？？
