かつて食べログで、すんなりとは入れないというコメントを読んで、ずっと候補から外していました。先日ながめてみると、すいていたとありました。で、平日13:10に訪問すると、先客1名のみというガラガラ状態でした。
出来は、全体的にしっとりとした自分好みの仕上がりでした。ペースもこちらの食べ具合を見て進めてくれます。素材のみずみずしさを保った品もあり感心しました。更に、刺身や小鉢もしっかりした物でした。特に、最後のさつま芋の皮のかりっと揚げ方がユニークで嬉しかったです。
５階への上がり方に迷いましたが、要するにビルに入っている店ではなくホテル内の店ということで、フロントの前を通ってエレベーターへ向かいます。店の作りも接客も格調高い風情で、レシートは小さな袋に入れて渡されました。3千円のコースに生ビールを付けると、税とサービス料でいきなり\4584になったのはビックリしましたが。
