何年かぶりの利用です。
事前に予約をして伺いました。
着いてまず検温と消毒。
入って驚いたのは、以前とは内装も配置もガラッと変わったこと。
以前はたしか、中央に料理があって、それを囲むように机が配置してありました。
今は、入り口付近が料理コーナーで、奥に机とスペースがはっきり分かれています。
もしやコロナ対策で配置を変えたのか？と思ったら、2019年10月リニューアルのようです。
感染防止のために、料理コーナーと席コーナーの移動は一方通行との指定でした。
不要な接触を避けるためですね。
またもちろん料理を取るときは手袋着用。
また机にはアクリルボードも設置。
ハワイアンフェア実施中だったので
ちょっと珍しい料理もたくさんありました。
ローストビーフがランチでも食べられるのは嬉しいですね。
少しずつたくさん美味しいものを食べられるのが醍醐味。
余談ですが
ビュッフェの食器がとても素敵で
気になって調べたのでメモしておきます。
（白の分割されたお皿ではなく、色がついたシリーズ）
光洋陶器というメーカーのCALMAというシリーズのうち、アーバングレーの色でした。
マットな質感で、ほどよい厚み、形の美しさ。すごく好みでした。
