JR浦和駅西口から徒歩7分ほどの浦和センチュリーシティは高層ビル。ロイヤルパインズホテル浦和・うらわ美術館などが入居している、浦和のランドマーク的な存在。
ビル内にあるロイヤルパインズホテル浦和はハイクオリティ高層シティホテルで、広い庭園に独立型チャペルと多彩な披露宴会場を備える。宿泊、ランチ、ディナー、宴会の利用にも最適。大宮からほど近く、埼玉スタジアム、さいたまスーパーアリーナ、鉄道博物館など周辺スポットへのアクセスも良好。1999年8月に竣工し、北関東(茨城県・栃木県・群馬県・埼玉県)で最高層のホテルとなっている。
ホテル1Fにあるテラスダイニング ミケーラはビュッフェレストラン。
ホテルらしい洗練と気兼ねなく過ごせるフレンドリーな雰囲気の中、フレッシュな埼玉野菜を中心に、トッピングやオリジナルドレッシングで、野菜のおいしさを堪能できるサラダ。目の前で切り分けられる肉料理、パティシエこだわりの自家製スイーツなど、多彩な料理をビュッフェスタイルで提供する。ちなみにモーニングでは肉の切り分けはなかった。

品ぞろえは程々。ホテルなら焼き立ての卵料理が欲しいが作り置きで保温。沢山食べるなら良いとは思うが、私が持ってきた程度の量だと割高感がある。
