事前情報を見る限りちょっと濃い味付け＋ワンチャン脂多めと勝手にイメージしてました。が、そんな先入観はほんと中年特有の余計な思いだと実感させていただきました。
高齢化ニッポンの懸念もポジティブに受けるレベルのクオリティ。
トーフラーメンを初注文。期待しかないなか埼玉B級グルメランキングがあったり、待ち時間も退屈させません。
なんといっても絶妙のバランス。餡、スープ、ひき肉、トーフ、麺のかたさ、麺のボリューム全てが芸術でありアート。
客層も若い人もいるが、中高年メインな感じｗ。トーフラーメン以外にも醤油やつけ麺等2回目が楽しみなお店。埼玉県のソウルフート確定です。
