なんだかな… : Karunichin dou

I entered the restaurant around 11:30 and there were no customers, and the dark interior was not lively at all. You can get a large serving of rice, but the staff didn't even ask me if I wanted one. They didn't even provide me a paper apron, but you should be careful with your clothes because the fat will splash. I melted the fat on the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) plate before grilling it, but for some reason the lamb stuck to the plate so strongly that it was very difficult to eat. I hope they do something about this plate. The lamb tasted okay ️ But other than the meat, there were only two thin slices of onion, which was too lonely. The amount of kimchi and miso soup was small and the taste was mediocre, so I don't think they'll attract customers at this price. I know it's none of my business, but I think they should sell Bento (boxed lunch) during lunch time.

元旦のお昼、浦和駅西口出てすぐの場所にあるカルニチン堂さんを久しぶりに訪問しました。

浦和では元旦はお休みの店ばかりで、こちらはたまたま営業していたので選択しました。

数年前に何度か夜のジンギスカンや焼肉を食べに来たことがありますが、最近はお昼はラーメン屋として営業していらっしゃるようです。

ラーメンはもちろん自家製ではなく、むつみ屋系の麺とスープを仕入れているようです。

つけ麺をあつ盛りでいただきましたが、所詮は仕入れた素材を温めて出すだけなので良い意味でも悪い意味でも特徴のない一品でした。

ラーメン好きの私でも牛丼２杯分のお金を出して食べるかは微妙なところです。

まぁ、元旦から営業していてくれましたので、
その点は感謝です。
