土曜日の午後1時頃に伺いました。
こちらの鰻重は、一番リーズナブルなものが松で、菊、特上とランクが上がっていきます。
今回は松を注文、これから蒸し上げるので30分ほどかかりますということで、少し待ちます。
さて、鰻重。小ぶりなものだったので、とろけるようなふんわりとした食感です。香ばしさとはちょっと違いますが、甘辛い鰻のたれとの相性抜群で、かなりおいしいと思います。
お新香、肝吸いも美味しく、評判になるのも納得のお店です。
