ステキな笑顔のスタッフさんに案内され壁際の2人席へ
テーブル間は割と狭め
中は意外に奥行きがあり広く、ピアノなどもある
50席くらい？
ラトラリーと小さなグラスは卓上にある
入り口すぐに釜があったのでビザにしよう！（笑）
メニューは平日限定ランチメニュー
ビザとパスタ、それにデザートとドリンクセットやサラダから前菜にしてデザートとドリンクセット
ランチコースは魚か肉料理つき
初めてなのでとりあえず1番安いメニューのビザにするとチーズがついてませんがよろしいですか？

デザートセットを勧められる
デザートはブラッドオレンジのゼリー、ティラミス、（雪下？）ニンジンのアイスクリーム、パウンドケーキベリーソース添え？とそそられるが食後に考える
サラダ・自家製パン・狭山の冷たい紅茶が単品につく
冷たすぎない紅茶がサーブ、さっぱりしてでも紅茶で飲みやすい
しばらくしてサラダとミニスープがサーブ
スープは（雪下？）ニンジンの冷製スープだそう
サラダはオニオン入りドレッシング？酢が強く好み
青菜は2種類？色々な野菜が入っている、なかなかの量
ミニ冷製ニンジンスープはクリーミーだがさっぱり、少しニンジンの甘さがある
ビザは10数分後、直径約30センチ、生地はかなり薄くトマトソースでかなり柔らかくなっている、縁はふっくらパリっとしていて焼き方がよい
イタリア式ビザはフォークとナイフが必要だなあと思いながら（笑） 生地がトマトソースで柔らかくなっているので巻きやすい
トマトソースは酸味があるがコクもあり甘味も感じる好きなソース
オレガノが生っぽくでも少し火がはいっていて良い香りでコクもありバランスもよい
ニンニクは強すぎなくてよかった
ビザの縁は少し食べた、もちもちとパリッの間くらい、生地自体はあまり好みではなく、また口の中でもたつく重い感じだったのでこの時は軽い食事にしたくてカットして残した
サービススタッフさんに縁は、、、？と聞かれた（笑）

紅茶はダージリンとのことでミルク沢山でお願いする
大皿にデザート4種類、一口サイズ
ブラッドオレンジのゼリー、ティラミス、（雪下？）ニンジンのアイスクリーム、パウンドケーキベリーソースつき
はじめにブラッドオレンジのゼリーは割と甘めでさっぱり
ニンジンアイスクリーム、香りはあまりないが柔らかな味
ティラミスは意外と甘さがありコーヒーのほろ苦さもある、アルコールはなさげ
パウンドケーキ？はしっとり、ベリーソースが濃くてよい
ダージリンティはほんの少し渋みがある
ミルクは大きめな器で温めて下さった

ビザの火入れがちょうどよかったしトマトソースが好み、生地は好みではなかったけれどチーズがあれば違うかも 今度はチーズつきで
スタッフさんはよく目が届く、冷たい紅茶を2、３度ほど継ぎ足して下さった、ステキな笑顔もよい
デザートセットは4種類の一口紹介プレート、ドリンク付きでお得 デザート1種類をがっちり食べたいかも
ランチメニューはビザかパスタくらいなのでチョイスは少ない サラダやミニスープ、冷たい紅茶がつくのはポイント高く、お値打ち感がある
店内は意外と天井が高く、落ち着く
地元埼玉県の食材を使っているのもよい
