昼メシで利用して来ました(^o^)
JR浦和駅東口より徒歩数分圏内にあるお店です(^^)
日曜日に訪れました。
ご家族経営なのか、小さいお子さんもいて少し和やかな感じ(´∀｀)
店内はテーブル席もあり割りかし広め。
カウンター席に座り鉄火丼¥980を注文。
しばし待ち着丼した鉄火丼は、マグロの鮮やかな赤に卵の黄色と海苔の深緑、ワサビの緑で非常に色鮮やかな(^o^)
漬物のひじきと豆の煮物に海老の頭が入った味噌汁の4品にて結構豪華（≧∇≦）
早速鉄火丼を一口食べると、卵の甘さとマグロの下に隠れていたカンピョウの甘さが、ワサビ醤油を付けたマグロと良く合っている。
米は甘みを抑えた酢飯になっていて、こちらも加減が良い。
そして漬物に七味が少しかかっており、こちらで塩味を補うというなかなか良いバランス(^o^)
味噌汁もよく出汁が効いており、海老の頭も食せるので非常に満足出来る昼食でした(^^)
値段が手頃なのも良いですし、落ち着く安心感も良かったと思います(^o^)
また、フラッと寄りたいと思います(^^)
