息子夫婦が以前よく行っていたお店だそうです。
私はずっと横浜に住んでいる関係で、浦和で食事をしたことはありませんでした。
息子夫婦には３歳と１歳弱の子供がいますので、外食できる場所は限られますが、こちらのお店は子連れでも利用できるお店のようでした。
12時前に予約無しで入ったのですが、２階のガラス戸で仕切られたテーブル席に案内されました。ガラス戸で仕切られた部屋には４人がけのテーブルが２つ置かれていました。片側はソファーになっていましたので、子連れには丁度良い席でした。
隣の席では、既に若い夫婦と小さな子供が食事をしていました。
我々が食事をしている間に、その小さな子供連れの若い夫婦は食事を終えて帰って行きましたが、次に入って来たお客さんもやはり小さな子供連れの若い夫婦でした。どうやらこの場所は、子供連れの席にしているようですね。確かに、小さな子供は、泣いたり、いたずらをしたりしますので、一般客から離れていたほうが、お互いにとっても好都合ですね。
料理は息子夫婦がランチメニューではなく、幾つかの単品を注文しました。
意外に美味しいと思ったのが、子供用に注文した「アツアツフライドポテト」でした。最近では、中々フライドポテトを食べる機会が無くなったためかもしれませんが、味付けと揚げたてのサクサク感がとても良かったと思います。
何と言っても美味しいと思ったのが「洋風ネギトロ」でした。パンにのせて食べると本当に美味しいですね。また、ワインともよく合いました。
息子夫婦は車で来ましたので、お酒は飲めませんでしたので、私が一人でワインを一本飲んでしまいました。
この「洋風ネギトロ」とワインがよく合いましたので、一皿では足りず、追加で二皿目も注文してしまいました。また、パンだけおかわりをしてしまいました。
子供がいましたので、注文した料理の中で写真を撮ることが出来たのは数品でした。それがちょっと残念でした。
浦和に行く機会があれば、今度は夕食時に行って、ゆっくりと料理とワインを味わってみたいですね。
