色々な種類のお料理がちょこちょこのっている、プチ豪華なお洒落ワンプレート。
内容は...
牛すじの赤ワイン煮込、カマンベールチーズフライ、ローストビーフ、真蛸と野菜のマリネ、トリュフ生ベーコン、キャロットラペ、オクラの梅ゼリー寄せ、自家製レーズンバター、ライ麦パン。サラダ、ドリンク付き。
とくに牛すじの赤ワイン煮込みと、カマンベールチーズフライ(スプーンにはちみつ付いてます)は特に美味しかったです。
真蛸と野菜のマリネは、ガーリックがかなり効いています。
自家製レーズンバターは甘くてまるでデザート。
バラエティに富んだプレートでした。
