四川料理と言えば（せーの）「麻婆豆腐⤴」と皆さん答えますよね。でも
たぬぞうの思い浮かべる川菜は「水煮○○⤴」これがまた、ごっはーんに
とても合うお料理で、是非お試し頂きたく、日頃からお勧めしている次第。
日本語表記は「△△の四川風煮込み」○○（△△）には主たる食材である
「肉片（豚肉）」や「魚（白身魚）」ないし「牛肉（同じ）」が入ります。
煮込み？というと、中華らしくない印象があると思います。でも作り方は
多量の油を超高温に熱して、辣椒と花椒を、揚げるかの如く炒めて始める
まさに四川料理。中国全土で人気の、この「水煮○○」を埼玉県南東部に
求め続ける中堅食べロガーたぬぞう、本日はＪＲ埼京線とＪＲ武蔵野線の
交差する交通のプチ要衝、武蔵浦和駅に、車で無菌移動して参りました♪
東口の、オリンピック（スーパー）の前にあるコイン・パーキングに駐車
ＪＲ武蔵野線の高架に沿って５分弱歩きまして「新晨美食坊」さんご到着。
ちなみに日曜の１１時４５分、混雑はしておりません。きっと平日の方が
サラリーマンのランチで賑わうのでしょうね。綺麗なお姉さんに手っ手の
消毒を促されます。するよーするよーする気まんまんｗお好きな席ぽすん。
タブレット端末による注文と、口頭での注文どちらでもＯＫ（優しいんだ）
じゃ口頭で行きますョ「肉と野菜の四川風煮込み」と「ライス」ください。
でも電子菜譜は眺めてみるか‥あっ！すいませーん「ラム肉餃子」蒸しで。
めずらしいものは頼んでおこう、食べ終わるとすぐ気になっちゃうんでｗ
口頭で注文した分は、お姉さんがデータを入力してくれているんですネ☆

モッヤシ♪モッヤシ♪牛肉♪牛肉♪んー唐辛子を‥（あっ崩落！）牛肉♪
そして激写（パチリ☆パチリ☆）続けてパク。餡かけに近いとろみ具合で
豆モヤシはやや軟くなる火の通し加減。牛肉は見た目通りのソフトな食感。

穏やかな塩気これチャイナ☆なのにご飯ススム・マジック。ラム肉餃子は
厚皮いいね！総じてまあまあでした！！
