浦和の街に10年ほど前からあるBAR。
男性スタッフのみで運営されるこのBARは、なぜか毎日でも寄りたくなってしまいます。
豊富な商品知識がありながらもそれをひけらかさず、
おいしいものを勧めてくれる、そしていつ行っても一定の居心地のよさを感じられる。
常連になればなるほど抜けられなくなる。
住宅街にある自分の家の離れといった感じでしょうか。
【料理】
BARであるので、あまり料理のクオリティを求めてはいけないと感じます。
定番の料理メニューはあるものの、定番化しすぎている感はあります。
常連が多いからこそ、料理のバリエーションが増えるとうれしいなと感じました。
【サービス】
肩肘張らない居心地のいい場所です。
その雰囲気をスタッフ全員が共通の意識を持って接してくれます。
凛としながらも暖かい。サービスは素晴らしいです。
惜しむらくは若手のスタッフ。
彼らの良さをもっと感じられたらと思い、4.5にとどめます。

いつ行っても同じように、そして心地い雰囲気を感じます。
しかしながら店内のレイアウト等をみると、若干手作り感が。
可もなく不可もなくという店内内装に、絶妙の接客。
バランスは抜群ですが、内装面で3.5に。

浦和の町のBARはとてもリーズナブル。
コストパフォーマンスは言うまでもなく◎。
居心地が良すぎてついつい予算オーバーしてしまうことも。
お値打ち感はあります。
星は4.5です。
【酒・ドリンク】
幅広い種類のお酒を扱っています。
ただ、本当に高いレベルでまとまっている
という感じ。
際立つよりも安心できる店です。
これもまた重要。
カクテルの味、拘りもしっかりしています。
高次元の安定感ということで星4つ。
アットホームな宿木です。
ついつい足を運んでしまう、居心地のいいい街のBAR。
