お焦げはしっかりできていますが、胡麻油少なく、薄味で残念な感じ。

甘味、コクが無く、中のお肉が少し臭かった。

和牛は美味。
アンガスとかはNG.
テーブルのタレは、コクがなく、薄めであんまりお肉に合わなかった。
キムチはまぁまぁ。
