ダンナの誕生日のお祝いに二人ででかけました。
まさか西浦和にこんな店があるとは、という感じです。
フランス産の高級鴨肉を使った鴨せいろと車海老２尾付きの天せいろ。
どうもこういうこじゃれた店は苦手なのですが、
１４４９円が５３％オフの６８０円で食べられるというのにつられました。
２３時からの予約。店内にはほとんど誰もいません。
つまみになるようなものをいくつか頼んでみました。
そば味噌とかささみ梅しそとか、、、丁寧な料理です。
そばを揚げたスティックもカリコリと香ばしい。
メインのそばが出てきました。
なるほど、おいしそうです。
鴨はやはり肉の味が違う感じがします。
肉厚で噛むとジューシー。つけ汁もその味が出ています。
ダンナの天ぷらも思った以上に豪華で上手に揚がってます。
そしてそばはシャッキリして細く香りもしてうまい。
思わずせいろ１枚追加。そばつゆもちょうどいい濃さです。
久しぶりに地元でおいしいそばを食べられて満足なディナーでした。
