今日の昼に行ってみました。
途中、よってっての前を通り日替わりメニューを確認し・・・
先日食べたものと同じだな・・・
ならば他へと思ってしまい店舗前をチャリで通過し、次の信号のある交差点を右折。
西浦和駅の向こう側に行ってみようかとチャリでダッシュ。
駅前ロータリーに面している場所にある蕎麦屋さん、ランチやってるんだ～・・・
新たな発見と言うか、私が知らなかっただけなのか・・・
店頭に掲示してあるランチメニュー、まあ、私でも入れそうかなと思いチャリを駐め・・・
店内へ。
11時30分過ぎだったが、先客は1組のみ。
案内されたカウンター席に着き、改めてメニューを見直し・・・
”しらすごはん・せいろセット”にすることに。 税込み￥980です。
ご飯の大盛は、サービスと言うことなのでお言葉に甘え大盛にしました。
注文後、６～７分程で出来上がってきました。
先ずはメインの蕎麦の量、やはり少ないな・・・
でも、艶も良く美味そうに見えます。
しらすご飯は、其程大きな丼では無く・・・
その丼にすり切りいっぱいより一寸下辺りまでご飯が盛られてはいるのだが・・・
しらすの真ん中の盛り上がりを周囲に散らせば、すり切りいっぱいという状況かな。
まあ、上出来と見るべきか・・・
蕎麦の方から食べ始めましたが・・・
見てくれの通り、適度なコシと喉越しは想像通り良い感じ。
つけ汁も出汁が良く、美味いですね。
蕎麦そば自体少なめなんで、即無くなってしまいました。
これは、有償で大盛にしておいた方が良かったかな・・・
と思いながら、蕎麦湯も出てきたところなので蕎麦湯をつけ汁の器に注ぎ・・・
チョイの飲みを。 時間が早い所為か、淡泊な感じですね。
全くコッテリ感が無いからな・・・
早い時間は駄目かな・・・
で、しらす丼だが・・・
釜茹でのしらすを乗せただけ感があり、今一つ味家が無い。
サラッとタレ醤油でも掛けたいところが、其れも無し・・・
ふりかけみたいなモノが付いてきていたので其れを掛けて補うことに。
味気なさが多少は改善されたが、・・・
こう言う食べ方は、今まであまりしたことが無いのでどうなのかな～・・・
と、思うところが・・・
全て食べ終え、蕎麦湯も飲み干した頃には、・・・
結構お客さんが増えてきて、・・・
これは不味いかなと思いながら早々に退散を。
(こう言う状態かで、CO2濃度計の数字でも見たいモノですね。）
