家から非常に近いので、何回も通ってます。
蕎麦は細くて腰のあるタイプです。10割蕎麦とは書いていないので、つなぎが入っているかもしれませんが、小麦粉っぽさとかは感じられません。汁はしょっぱ過ぎず、甘過ぎず、また鰹ダシを効かせすぎない、飽きのこない味だと思います。
薬味の葱は極薄切りで、ワサビも本物です。
せいろで600円というのは本当に安いと思います。
その他出し巻き卵はふんわりとして甘過ぎず、お酒にも良く合う味付けです。
天ぷらはさくっと揚がっています。エビもぷりっとしています。
今日は初めて蕎麦プリン(400円)を注文してみましたが、凄く美味しかったです。
