北浦和駅近くの老舗でビールと焼鳥を頂きました。
女将さんから接客を教わる大学生バイト、隅でひたすら焼き鳥を焼く寡黙な女性。
焼き鳥はマルチョウ、ハツ、カシラなど、何れも少し焦げ目がついて香ばしく美味い。
店内は昭和な雰囲気で居心地もなかなか良い。
次回は人気のレバテキを食べに行きます。
