*First visit in October 2023* This is located in Shibahara, Urawa. It will be along bypass No. 463. I reserved a seat and visited at 7pm. On this day, it was light, and instead of a course, we had a single item + set menu. Seafood penne rigate gratin with black tiger, scallops, and mussels flavored with lobster. I also ordered a set of bread and a drink bar. The store in Gamo that I often go to in Saint Marc is full service, but here, the bread and drink bar are self-service. It seems like there has been a shift towards this format recently. The gratin was delicious as usual. The sauce was thick and rich. If it's a full-service shop, the staff will bring you freshly baked bread, but since it's self-serve, the bread will be cold. Bread itself comes in a variety of varieties and is delicious, but warm, freshly baked bread is definitely better. I think it would be nice if the drink bar had a little more variety. There was someone playing the piano, but the volume was a little loud. Moreover, he wasn't very good at it lol. I thought it would be easier to talk if he was a little quieter. Compared to a full-service restaurant, the quality of the bread and the level of operational satisfaction are clearly lower, but the price of the course menu is the same. If that's the case, I don't think I'll ever go to a self-serve restaurant anymore... This place is basically a retort restaurant, so the atmosphere is a little better than Family restaurant, but the cost performance may not be as good. Thank you for the meal.
