私たち夫婦と、
11月で99歳を迎えた義父とランチに伺い
ました。義父はお肉が大好き。
とはいえ、義歯ですので、お肉が硬いと頂けません
ということで、今回は新商品と思われる
テンダーローインステーキ
を注文しました。ヒレ肉ですね。
焼き加減はミディアムレア。
ナイフとフォークを使って小さくカットして
（勿論、嫁の私は手伝わず、本人がやります）
150gのステーキをぺろり！
さすがです。
夫は大好きな照り焼きハンバーグ
私はボリュームのある日替わりランチ
ステーキは良かったけど、
日替わりランチのハンバーグは、今ひとつかなー。
安いなり、でした。次回、日替わりは避けます。
