実家に寄った帰り道、ロカボダイエット&蛋白ダイエット中のため、お肉を食べたくてよりました。家でも炭水化物を控え、自家製のとりむね肉のハムとピクルスで凌いでいます。もちろん、おかずとご飯、汁物いただきますがね。おっと夕食には、晩酌も欠かせません… 一ヶ月で2キロほど減ったかな⁈
さて本題、日替わりランチ、日曜でもあります。ハンバーグ(130g).チキングリル(ハーフ)、海老フライ1本、ご飯かライス、スープバー付で749円税別、ミニサラダ100円とドリンクバー220円付を注文しました。スープは、わかめスープと牛骨白湯スープ。ラーメンスープでもいけそうですね。ライスとパンはおかわりできます！私は、もちろん小ライス。
7〜8分で鉄板に乗って登場。全体的に茶色い景色。チキングリルは、煙で燻された感じです。タマネギソースと醤油ソースで頂きます。海老フライには、タルタルソースもつきます！
どちらもタマネギソースも良いですが、ニンニクの効いた醤油ソースが合いますが、チキングリルは、醤油ソースが断然合います！ ハンバーグも中からジュースが溢れます。
ボリューム満点とは行きませんが、ご飯もスープもおかわり出来ますから、そちらで満足できるでしょう。
グリルチキンが気に入りました。グランドメニューに単品でグリルチキンステーキがありましたので次回はこれかな。超粗挽きハンバーグとか、リブステーキもうまそうです。また寄るのが楽しみです。ごちそう様でした。
