2021年4月18日（日）のランチは緑区代山の砂場さんに。11:45入店でしたが、先客は無し。
2色鴨せいろ@1,200円をオーダー♫
フロアは年配の女性でしたが、厨房にはひとまわりは歳の差がある男性がいました。
息子さんでしょうか？
鴨汁はエノキ、ネギがどっさり。
もう少し野菜は少なくても良いかな。
2色というのは、白い御前蕎麦と黒い石臼粗挽き蕎麦。
麺量がかなりあって、満足度が高いです。
店内には、"砂場"の登録商標の看板が掲げられていました。
埼玉県道105号線沿いの老舗蕎麦屋さんで、105号は日光御成街道。
店内は時代の流れを感じる空間です。
