【店内】
街の中華食堂の雰囲気。
衛生的とは言いがたいが、アットホーム感はある。
カウンター6席、4人掛けテーブルが2つ。
天井近くで小さなテレビがついている。
【店員】
男性が2人。
厨房にいながらテーブル席の常連客と楽しそうにしゃべっていた。
【メニュー】
中華系のメニューを中心に、とにかく安い。
ラーメン 300円
カレーライス 480円
親子丼 480円
タンメン 500円
トンカツ定食 700円
肉野菜炒め定食 720円
しょうが焼き定食 900円
など。
【料理】
ハンバーグ定食600円を注文。
ハンバーグは薄めだがフワフワでジューシー。
ケチャップが乗っているがソースは醤油ベース。
米は白米だが古米なのだろうか、糠の香りがする。
味噌汁はとろろ昆布入り。
化学調味料なのか器のせいなのか、少し臭いが気になる。
他にひじきの煮物と甘いたくあんが付く。
ゆで卵がサービスされた。
【感想】
値段が安いがボリューム的にはケチっていない。
その分、質をいくらか落としているが納得できる。
他の料理のパフォーマンスも気になる。
雰囲気込みで勘案して、町にとって大事に残したい店の一つ。
