特別おしゃれでもないし、特別なお肉ってわけじゃあないです。
こんな時期ですが妻と二人で、どうしても帰宅中に焼肉を焼きたくて飛び込みました。
本当にバイパス沿いにポツンとある「焼肉と中華」というお店。
入るのは勇気がいりますけど、家庭的なお店と信じて入りましょう。
ボックス席、ロースター。遠くにテレビ。
先客は小さな子供のいる家族連れと、老夫婦。
いいじゃないか。
カントリーサイドのレストランとしては良いじゃないか。絵になる。
頼んだのは
カルビ2人前、ロース、ハラミ、豚トロ、ごはん、わかめスープ。
お肉に特筆することはありませんが、いたって普通の肉ですがコスパは良いじゃないだろうか？
お肉の盛りが良い気がします。
特質すべきは、焼肉のタレ。
ここのタレ、美味しい。
辛さ、過ぎ去った後の甘さ。
肉にすごく合う。なんなのかしらこのタレは。。。。
ご馳走さまでした。
期待せずに入ってなかなかでした。
