さいたま市緑区の「越後屋」さん
お伺いしたのは、土曜日の開店時間少し過ぎ
駐車場は、お店の前2台、東隣りの建物前3台、そしてお店の前の通りを東進した所にあるオートバックスを左折した左側に第２駐車場があります
お店に入ると先客は1名
4人テーブルが4卓？、向い合わせの6人卓が1卓
メニューが豊富で解りづらい、考えてる間にあと客が次から次へと来店です
注文は「生蕎麦せいろ(大盛)」@960＋490
注文が終わる頃には満席です
そして、待つこと15分程で出来上がりです
10割り蕎麦らしい色合いの蕎麦、田舎蕎麦のように太くはなく普通です
蕎麦の香り、しっかりしたコシが感じられます
つゆは、江戸前！
甘さのバランスもちょうど良く好みです
ただ、蕎麦の水切りが悪く水分を多くまとっているので、つゆが直ぐに薄くなります
蕎麦の量は少ないです
美味しい蕎麦ですが価格、量を考えると満足感は薄いかな？
