今宵は武蔵浦和。
田島通りにあるとんかつのお店。ああ、こちらのお店は以前行った事があったぞう。
で、その時は定休日だったのか営業していなかったっけ。
今回は無事に開いていた。
カウンター席のみ6席の小さなお店で、男性店主1人での営業だ。
僕は奥の席に座ってメニューを眺める。
ジャンボメニューが気になるけど
今宵はサクッと食べたいので、
ロースカツ定食780円を注文した。
先客2名は提供済み。
待つ事15分での提供。
ロースカツは100gだから
厚みもそんなになく
肉の旨みもそんなにかんじなかった。
やっぱ250gが正解だったかな。
付け合わせ、三つ葉と豆腐の味噌汁、お新香はしっかりと作られていた。
ごはん
見ていたら、こちらではご飯を普通の鍋で炊いていて、それをジャーに移していた。
だから美味しいのかな。
総括
今回のロースカツが
もうひとつだったけど
やっぱ250gやジャンボメニューでもう一度トライしてみたいと思う。
