友人の家の近くだったので待ち合わせして利用しました。
土曜日だったのでほぼ満席。
地元感満載です♪
こちらで印象に残ったのは つくね
濃い目のタレと卵黄をつけて食べるとタレによって
卵黄の甘味とつくねの甘味が引き出され美味しー。
酒がすすみます。
酒は、埼玉来て初めて見た芋焼酎・川越をお湯割りで。
お湯率が高かったのもあるけど、九州の芋より
芋の匂いがきつくなくて飲みやすく美味しかったな。
わいわいアットホームな感じで飲めますが
店内は小さいので大人数には不向きかなぁ。
テイクアウトもあるし、機会あれば、また行きたいお店です。
