【ベビー連れ食べある記】
週末に旧友とランチで訪問しました。
しかしこの日は店員の対応にがっかり。
13時すぎで、帰りのお客さんの対応で忙しかったのはわかりますが、
のれん越しに店をのぞいても、店の入り口に入っても誰もおらず。
で、レジに会計しにきた男性の店員さんがやっと気づいてくれたのですが、
「外で待っててください」
とっても感じが悪かったです。
以前来たときは女性の方が対応してくれて気持ちよく利用できたのに…、残念。
接客は当たりハズレあるみたいですが、肝心の食事は美味しくいただけました。
価格はランチでも1000円以上するものがほとんどです。
あんかけかた揚げ焼きそばのようなものをいただきましたが、
鶏のだしがよく出ていて、胡椒の香りがよく合って、とても美味しかったです。
鶏肉も美味しいし、さすがに鶏料理を売りにしているお店なだけあるなと思います。
ミニ丼とサラダもついてかなりのボリューム。
満腹満足で完食。
また次回もこれ食べたいな～。
ただこの後も、男性の店員さんが何も言わずにサッとお皿を下げてしまったり、
帰りの会計時も嫌な思いをしました。
サービス評価は☆1つにしたいくらいでしたが、
前回対応してくれた店員さんはとても気持ちの良い方でしたので、割って2.5にしました。
関係者の方、こちらをご覧になっていたら是非改善をお願いいたします。
美味しかったので、また行きたいです。
あ、あとお水がマズイ。
これも何とかしてほしい…。
ベビー連れ的には、
座敷の席も多く、個室も利用できるし（だいたい予約でいっぱいですが）、子食器も借りられるし、
なかなか利用しやすいです。
実際、ランチの時間帯はいつも子連れ客をみかけます。
でも子連れがボチボチいるのに全然うるさくないのは、雰囲気が良いからみんな静かにできるのかな？
席間が広く、仕切りも多いから気にならないのかも？
オトナのお客さんの利用も多いです。
ただし、掘りごたつなので赤ちゃん落とさないように注意。

このあと再訪しましたが、もうこのお店に行くことはないでしょう。
オペレーション悪すぎ、最悪です。
居合わせた他の女性客も、「前回もこうだったのよ」と怒って入店せず帰られてました。
サービス評価下げました。
