I received a Hot Pot set meal for 1,690 yen. It was delicious. Hot Pot soup stock is rich and delicious with tori paitan, but it doesn't have any saltiness at all, so I had to add salt and ponzu sauce to my taste. Even though you say that, you have a little taste for it, right? When I took a sip of the soup, I was a bit surprised to find that it didn't really have any flavor, although it was just as the description said. However, when I thought about it, I found it to be a very useful system, especially for someone like me who prefers bland flavors.First of all, I had the soup stock as is, with ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper. Yuzu pepper is good for meat. The ingredients in the hot pot were not Chinese cabbage, but cabbage and radish, and there were quite a lot of them. I was told that they would make rice porridge for me, so I thought it would add some flavor, but I was surprised to find that the soup tasted the same. You can add your own salt to taste to your liking. It was a cold day with the temperature around 12 degrees Celsius, but I didn't see anyone else eating hot pot, and it seemed like most people were eating Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) and fried chicken.
