浦和といえばうなぎを連想しますが、昨今では美味しくお蕎麦屋さんも多くあります。こちらのお店も休日ともなれば店前に行列が出来る有名店です。
運良く自分は並びなしに入店する事ができました。
とりあえずビールと共にアンチョビ枝豆と天麩羅の盛り合わせを注文。
枝豆が少し小さめな気がしましたが、ノーマル枝豆をはるかに凌ぐ美味しさでビールが進みます。
天麩羅もとても良い揚げ具合であります。サクサクでホクホクで味が凝縮されてとても美味しかったです。自分が海老好きだからなのか、海老は非常に美味しく感じました。
ビールとエアコンで身体が冷えてきたところで合わせせいろを注文。こちらの商品は粗挽きと二八の２種類のそばに天つゆとくるみ汁の２種類のつゆでいただきます。
個人的感想ではありますが、粗挽きの方が香ばしく、二八の方はモチモチ感があったように思います。さっぱりとした天つゆと甘さの加わったくるみ汁を交互につけて味わいましたが、どちらもとても美味しく、味と食感と香を楽しみながらお蕎麦をいただきました。
とても美味しい良いお店だと思います。
