This shop is located about 5 minutes walk from Nakaurawa Station on the Saikyo Line. This restaurant specializes in walnut soup and handmade soba noodles. Today's order was walnut soup tempura (2,035 yen), and I changed the soba to "arabiki" (+110 yen). In addition, before the soba noodles, there is the ``Today's Sake Set'' (1,298 yen), which includes 80ml of each of three types of sake, and the ``Eating Set'' (200 yen), which includes a small selection of three types of sake. The contents of the sake tasting set are as follows. ⚫︎Igarashi Junmai Ginjo unfiltered raw unprocessed sake (Saitama Prefecture) Well-balanced, refreshing and dry. ⚫︎Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo (Miyagi Prefecture) A dignified Daiginjo with plenty of flavor. ⚫︎First Grandson Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu Dewa Sansan (Yamagata Prefecture) Refreshing taste with a sweet aftertaste. Famous sake. Walnut juice has a stable taste. I think it's a perfect combination with the soba soup, which brings out the aroma, sweetness, and smoothness of the walnuts.
