情熱ホルモンへ初訪問。
何だかド派手なイメージがあったけれど、
普通な大衆的焼肉屋さんの雰囲気。
ホルモンの種類がたくさんあって驚きます。
こちらでは、ホルモン＝内臓の全て、
という解釈のようですね。
先ずは生ビールと、
ロース、ギアラ、焼き野菜など数種類の焼肉をチョイス。
一見安そうに見える焼肉は、通常のお店の半分位のボリュームです。
２人だったので丁度良かったですが、
コスパが良いとは言えません。
味は今ひとつ、、、平均以下かな。
特に玉ねぎはみずみずしさが皆無で、
しなーっとしておりまして、当然甘みもありませんね。
かす蕎麦ならぬ、かす雑炊を発見して注文。
ベースは卵スープでしょうか。
雑炊というよりは、おじや風に仕上がっております。
肝心の「かす」はもっとカリカリのカスにした方が美味しいでしょうね。
だって、カスですから。
