とても全体がバランスが良く
煮干しと節を贅沢に感じる事が出来る素晴らしい一杯でした！
そして焼豚もこのスープに合っていてストレス皆無で胃袋に吸収されていきました！
味玉の茹で具合も好み。
とにかく旨いラーメンです。
次は… つけめん…
いや また中華そばだな…
(私自身がつけ麺を食べる習慣がないので…)
