初めて南浦和へ訪問する事になり、好評価の店を検索し4月の日曜12:30過ぎに初めて2人で訪問。
カウンター2席と1テーブル(4席)が空いていたが、テーブル席へ案内される。
(限定)塩ラーメン¥1,000を注文。
麺、柔らか目をお願いしたが、塩ラーメンは限定で麺の硬さは普通のみとのことで却下され、断念。
スープは美味しいが、見た目同様、少し濃い目の味。
麺の硬さ普通でも特に問題なく、麺の味も美味しい。
チャーシューは少しホロホロ系で好みの範囲。
13:10頃退店時、外で8人程並んで待っていた。
待ちが無くてラッキー！
次回来る機会があれば、つけめん かな？
