北浦和駅東口から徒歩5分程の山河さんに予約して伺いました。クイーンズ伊勢丹の近くです。
平日の17時(開店時)に来店出来る場合のみ事前の電話予約が可能です。
人気店で、すぐに入店出来ないタイミングがとても多く、満席の場合は店内にある紙に名前と連絡先を書くスタイルです。
休日は16時の開店前から待ち列ができています。私はお願いしたことはないですが、一巡目で入れるタイミングで並んで、敢えて二順目を希望する方もいらっしゃるようです。
店内は綺麗で、店員の方も丁寧かつオペレーションが早いので、家族連れからカップルの方など、幅広く普段使いされています。
お肉問屋の直営ということで、美味しいお肉がリーズナブルに頂けます。飲み物も比較的安いです。
今回は上タン塩と山河「カルビ・ハラミ・ロース・サラダ」、イカ、ユッケジャンクッパを頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
少し豪華な和牛のメニュー等もあるのですが、いつも値ごろ感のある山河シリーズ+何か、という頼み方をしています。
個人的には、さいたまでコスパ最高の焼き肉屋さんだと思っています。また伺います。
